ZEIS Online registration for selective entrance tests:
If you haven't yet established satisfactory Online Registration for Admittance Tests, ours is tried, tested and saves hours of staff time:
On a secure website that matches your School's web design, parents apply for their son or daughter to sit the entrance examination for your School - at Year 7 or Year 12.
The website enables parents to log in and securely enter all the required information, including uploading a photograph, if required.
After signing electronically the parent registrant receives a confirmatory email with a pdf of the application form.
The website provides your School with a secure access to:
1. View the progress of applicants and the information entered (and remove duplicate registrations).
2. View or Change the proposed automatic allocation of rooms and times.
3. Download a schedule of applicants - with rooms and times - in spreadsheet form.
4. Put results securely online.

ZEIS Online Admission Forms:
For successful applicants, we can provide an online Admission Form.
The School's secure access, as above, allows you to view the information and to download it on a spreadsheet.
(A subset of the information can be provided as an xml file in Common Transfer Form, if required.)
The information can also be held in a searchable online database to eliminate data transfer and more paper.
